Parenting is hard work!  But the good news is you don’t have to do it alone!  We believe in and operate our ministries by a philosophy called Orange.  When we work together and combine red, the heart of the home, and yellow, the church, which is the light of the world, we can create transformational change in the lives of kids and parents.  Some of the ways we do this are listed below.

Dig In Newsletter

We want you to be aware of what’s happening in our family ministries so you can take advantage of every opportunity to share faith experiences with your child.  Each month we publish a newsletter with a parenting article, monthly calendar of events, and summary of everything that’s happening in Children's and Youth Ministries.

Impact Classes

These seasonal, short small groups are intended to provide a fun, interactive learning environment for elementary-aged kids and their parents.  During Impact classes, families will dig into the Bible, play games, and grow in faith together… all while engaging in rich faith discussions.  The best part about Impact classes is that they facilitate additional faith conversations at home!  So if you’re ready to go deeper in your faith as a family, join us for our next Impact class!

Parent Cue

We know that what happens at home is more important than what happens at church. That’s why we’re very intentional about providing resources for you to take your faith home!! The Parent Cue is a monthly or weekly handout (depending on your child’s age and ministry area) that gives you simple cues throughout the week to help connect with your kids in every day moments. Think in the car, at the supper table, or when bedtime hits! It’s another way to extend what kids are learning at church info the home, and helps foster crucial conversations that help you stay connected with your kids! You can also download the Parent Cue APP in the iTunes or Android store on your mobile device or tablet! Visit theparentcue.org for more information and resources on how to become a spiritual leader in your child’s life.
